摘要:The evaluation of urban green economy development competitiveness measures a city’s performance and potential in advancing a green economy. It involves multiple dimensions, including resource efficiency, renewable energy use, environmental policies, innovation capacity, and green technology development. By analyzing these factors, one can understand a city’s strengths and weaknesses in reducing carbon emissions and enhancing sustainable development. This evaluation aids in formulating more effective policies, attracting green investments, improving residents’quality of life, and gaining an advantageous position in global green economy competition. The ultimate goal is to achieve harmonious growth between the economy and environmental protection. The urban green economy development competitiveness evaluation is well suited for multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). Currently, the Logarithmic TODIM (Tomada de Decisão Interativa Multicritério) and VIKOR (VIšekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje) methods have been employed to address MAGDM challenges. To manage uncertainty in the evaluation process, 2-tuple linguistic neutrosophic sets (2TLNSs) have been introduced as a powerful tool. In this study, the 2-tuple linguistic neutrosophic number Logarithmic TODIM–VIKOR (2TLNN-LogTODIM–VIKOR) method is developed to address MAGDM challenges using 2TLNSs. Moreover, a numerical case study on the urban green economy development competitiveness evaluation is conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the 2TLNN-LogTODIM–VIKOR method.
