摘要：Based on SOR theory, this paper focuses on the digital transformation and industrial chain reconstruction of the garment industry, analyzes the impact of digitalization on the production mode, sales approach and operation management of the garment industry, and puts forward strategies such as strengthening big data analysis, establishing man-machine combination design mechanism, introducing digital production analysis and process optimization. It is helpful for garment enterprises to accurately grasp the market demand, improve the level of product design and production efficiency, and optimize the supply chain management, which has certain significance for promoting the efficient, collaborative and sustainable development of the garment industry.
